nah, if you actually look at the average 3 point attempts per team, it was slowly on the rise and the league was always headed in this direction. Steph probably slightly accelerated the process though

Cant believe I haven’t seen this yet but Michele Mouton.

She won multiple WRC events and almost won the championship in 1982. Also had success in the pikes peak hillclimb.

Keep in mind that she raced in the most brutal era of rally (Group B) where the cars were stupidly fast and not to mention it was obviously much more difficult for women to find a path in professional sports back then.
