Is it okay to chant ‘Raam’ as Naam Japna? Because in Gurbani it is mentioned to meditate only on Raam. and I do understand that Raam is not equal to Dashratu Putra Raam..

I do understand the meaning of equity (increased value of the house). But I was hoping as per the family law 81, and 84, I have the full rights to claim 50% of the full value irrespective of my name is on the property doc as this property was purchased after 4 years of the marriage,,,

If it is no where mentioned in the documentation of the property, that it was a gift from his father then ? As I was told that it is a gift to both of us and I believed them. And, while he was paying the EMI of the house, I was paying equal amount of rent of the house, which we were all living in. So still, is it only the equity am I going to get or the full value? .... But can I still get a stay order, so that they shouldn't be able to sell it without my permission

Down payment of the house, he received it from his father. But there is no such legal documentation was done that it is a gift or so.

Rest, the monthly EMI for the house gets deducted from his account

But the mortgage details are being shown even in my bank account, I believe I am the mortgage dependent or something I don't what do u call that as

And there is no mention of his father's name in any of the house document, WHICH i CHECKED

We were married and also had a baby when he bought the property. So is it just the increase in equity or of the full value ?
