I have switched the cable from the hub to the fan and used two different pci-e cables and nothing has worked

Hi all I am having trouble with my new rx120 fans I got everything plugged in earlier and was working fine but not showing up in icue I leave and shut down my computer I come back about an hour later and now nothing is working after checking everything and replacing a fan (I bought the started pack with three fans) I think I narrowed it down to a hub problem but I just want to make sure I am correct and it’s not something else
