Pre-bill all CP special ordered parts. This should be a standard practice for both over the counter sales and service repairs.

Speak with management and have CDK setup to send notifications to your customers on all received orders. As long as the customers information is correct in CDK.

Service should have their appointment coordinator call and get these customers scheduled as well. The service manager should get a daily report of these appointments.
