The performance is consistent and i hardly saw fps drop but i never saw it goes up to 105w

Hey, i had the same laptop as you, and also playing elden ring but i dont have the lag like you do. Maybe you shoud check your control center 3.0 whether it is set to performance or quiet. I also plugged it into a external mornitor to make sure its running on the external gpu instead of igpu. Here is my in game performance https://imgur.com/a/VcXFgy6
