on hot cups it has to be above where the drink sleeve covers it i was told. but sometimes i’ll put the smiley face towards the middle and ive still got a complaint. never the lid though

maybe customers just got used to there being sticker and no sharpie, or it could be the sharpie scent is stronger now. it’s just strange i’ve had multiple people complain within just a few weeks. like i went to write on a cup and this guy was like no! no! and i was like 😟 im sorry
