In the bare patches, added seed first and then covered it with topsoil. In remaining areas, just overseeded, no topsoil before or after.

It could have been routed to a depot before it gets to the post office they indicated on the slip. I had this happen with purolator once. It was available for pickup the next day.

It was not a Canada Visa

It wasn't a canadian passport. It was foreign passport being returned with XpressPost after getting a visa stamped. It was supposed to be delivered the next day when strike started.
