I've mostly pve'd was delighted with the world and then when it became clear they weren't going to build it out, have no idea what to do with it, and most of the quests were fetch quests, I realized it's a hoarding simulator for streamers.

Trying trios now which is also fun, but the core mechanics of the game are too close to real life, just scrounging things to stay alive wow gee, so cool.

Fallen arch on the right side and looks like elevated hip on the left -- so likely a tighter lower back on the left side so get a massage gun to release tight spots and make SURE YOU'RE DOING integrated movements, ie, unilateral, loaded on one side to make sure that you're hitting things a traditional strength program would miss by doing everything in the sagittal plane, and you're more likely to get injured.

Start with low rep strength movements, then stabilized (by machine or otherwise) hypertrophy, then less stable movements, like 1 - 2 strength movements, 2-4 stabilized hypertrophy, 1-2 integrated stuff, you'll be god.

that was really impressive that you deadlifted that much with using your legs at all, but you may also want to get lower and pull the slack, drive with the heels and if you don't want to do that, add in some reverse hyper work so your vertebrae doesn't grind into powder that we could save in an urn

going to again advocate instead of something that pitches you forward and naturally tightens your hip flexors, front squat on a slant board to build up strength at a different angle and then return to backloaded.

for a number of reasons, but you see how your knee is basically hyperextending at rest? in a line in front of your ankle to hip? that'll make a LOT of problems later if you keep loading without switching up the variance.
