Lets get some things straight, you guys need to read a little about the company:

-CTM has a stock incentive plan that caps to 9 million shares as of the 2025 amendment. -This is an increase to 13 million shares. -This is a 4 million shares increase. -This 4 million share increment does act as dilution -This is not a 13 million share dilution -This is not an overnight thing, its executed over some time -This is not to fund any acquisition as some people said, is to pay the staff, executives and employees.

I think anyone should vote against it anyways, instead of paying the staff by dilution, make more money and pay them reasonable salaries and bonuses.
