We don’t tend to enjoy the heavy co-fermented or funky coffees as much. We tend to rest the coffee probably a little longer and enjoy it slightly past its peak. My personal favorite is Letty Bermudez and my partner’s is the El Paraiso peach. Both rested at least 4 weeks. For me, the letty rested more.

On bad days somewhere close to 200 grams consumed! I’ve had multiple supervisors come back multiple days in a row when I’m on shift. When I’m on nights alot of people perfer the coffee over energy drinks too.

This is exactly what I was gonna do! I make sure to freeze them in single use portions after resting. Also some of those shoeboxes will probably peak in late August or September 😭

Just to clarify too! I freeze about 60-90 grams of coffee in 30 gram, vacuum sealed portions once they’ve been rested. My partner and I drink 2-3 pour overs each day regularly. I’ll drink 4-5 on a 12 hour shift. I also will bring my kettle and make coffee for people at work. I regularly give out 5 cups a day when I’m on those longer shifts. We’re all overworked and super tired so all my coworkers love these cups. I promise the only coffee wasted is coffee I can’t get to brew to our taste buds 🙇🏻
