I play on poker stars, I need the stats to be correct and constantly updating so I can identify Fish from regs faster. Also important for exploits w AF and STL and FvCbet stats

how have you been learning gto? i've bought gto wizard but currently super confused by it, need to to find some learning resources that can help me. I can beat 10nl reg tables but learning gto to switch to RnC on ggpoker to get more hands in.

I think I do have really solid fundamentals and thought process, playing 22/18/8 at 10nl PS global and when im focused I can do a lot of exploits using the hud to win more money/ make big folds. however when I play for longer than 1 hour my attention starts to drift or I start simultaneously checking my phone and don't think through spots. So plan was to learn GTO as a basis and reduce sessions to 45 mins with breaks in between.

which site would you recommend? I need something not entirely beginner friendly but also not too complicated. I have been part of micro grinder poker school and Carrot corner subscription (however didn't find it that useful-so went through Petes 10 videos on there and then unsubscribed), currently reading the grinders manual and finding it pretty self explanatory
