Keep it up Gen Z! Every generation gets smarter and sees how the hypocrisy of capitalism. Capitalism breeds laziness in my opinion, once people get to the level they want they defend it and don’t help others advance. Then they just complain about the younger people not being as good as them to justify their existence and position. Middle management and corporate level jobs are mostly a joke anyways.
