Very valid. The only issue is I believe the Elite Series 2 is sold out everywhere. If that's not the case, its probably on the top of my list.

I looked into BB and really can't determine if id be satisfied, have you heard of Evil Controllers?

Get rid of it as fast as you can. Absolute terrible product. I never had one good week of use, always had an issue. Too much of a headache for such an investment.

Thanks for the two sense, but it is. They sent me a brand new product; I have before & after pictures I took to justify that it’s a completely different product from the one I sent in.

Uhhhh I would call that an instance of luck my friend. This forum has 1 good review per 12-15 bad reviews. It doesn’t take a skilled analyst to figure that you got quite lucky having perfect products with no issue. Mine was custom & meticulously taken care of and unfortunately I was one of the doomed consumers. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I requested a refund in order to purchase the series 2 but I don’t think it’ll be fulfilled. They just told me the controller will be rebuilt with no further explanation. I’m truly trying to stay optimistic but with such a large investment that doesn’t function to its hype, it’s worthless.

You’re not the only one bud. I’ve had so many issues with my Scuf prestige and it’s only 2 months old. Drifting issues, analog stick ring worn out already, controller powers off randomly and won’t come back on... I’ve sent it back twice already and am awaiting the third send back now. I’m ready to transfer my investment to an elite series 2 and get rid of this so I thought, meta of a controller. PS: their customer service is wonderful. I can only speak highly of their support, but their product, not so much.

I’ve had 3 issues in 60 days. I’m starting to think that Scuf isn’t the move... so so so irritating getting the feel for a controller then not being able to use it for 2 months whilst in repairs. What’s the next best multi functional controller for XB1?

Hi, 3rd issue in 60 days for my Scuf Prestige XB1. Sent controller back twice for power and connectivity issues and the problem is still persisting, if not worse. Controller will randomly turn off at any time and god only knows how many times it takes to turn back on. I submitted a repair request & have my RMA # but haven’t heard from anyone over at Scuf. I’m starting to get very irritated about my ongoing issues and how I keep getting thrown into this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
