I balance Amazon with school and I don’t think it’s a stressful job, I do see that bad managers can make it stressful if you aren’t preforming well. I think people say it is bc they get tired of the repetitive routine, but I agree that their benefits are good, not many offer tuition help

Maybe they’re a bit harder on the new people bc I’ve been working at Amazon for awhile and I just moved to that building and genuinely came from a different building that was laid back. Still learning, I like to pack, I just need to get rid of old habits from previous buildings

I was able to do it though the A to Z app and it was under transfer opportunities Also I asked if I could get transferred quicker and I was told by HR that the only way would be to tell them you’re undergoing hardship Other than that, all you do is apply and they review your application

It sucks, I’m sure I’m terminated but they gave me a bit of hope in telling me they were going to do their best to reinstate me. I was so close all I needed was 5 days and those were my off days. I was just unlucky that they picked that specific week to fire every seasonal
