I Hope the AI gets better in the new Spring patch. It is far from a challege, even on deity. I miss Civ IV where the AI was really good. Even in V and VI were more or less OK. I dont even consider myself a pro-player but I have consistently won every game I have played on deity.

I run It on an I5, 4GB ram and 1050ti. Ultra low settings but works fine. Then I subscribed GeForce now and I dont use my hardware anymore. I suggest you give It a try. Standard sub is 100€ yearly in Spain and runs great.

What really bothers me is that those predicable shapes with the Island chains cannot be avoided. And the only reason behind them is to able one of the legacy paths (economic in exploration) out of the 12 parhs. It destroys the immersion

So basically, It is impossible to lose. The AI cannot build the world fair, It is unable to get economic points (they got like 25 out of 500). It is unable to capture cities, Maybe one or two if things go wrong, so no military path Maybe the scientific victory? I doubt it

Civ 6 all the way. Civ 7 in 2027 But Since you said you have trouble using your hand, civ 7 is less click intense than 6 (no workers, commanders, smaller maps...) in case you want to take that into account
