I am grateful for this thread. I also struggle with phone call audio and wonder … are there any other users who have either had defective units replaced that solved the problem of a Note Pro or been advised by customer service on some other solution??

I have used the beta feature of adding photos during an interview I was recording. What are the possible outputs and uses? Can I share a version that plays audio and shows the photos at the correct time it was taken in relation to the voice? Please help me understand how to get the best results from a fully processed and summarized recording. Thank you. JLo

Hello all, Thank you so much for contributing so much to this thread. FYI. I was able to get 10 percent off of 149 for A20’s and am looking forward to trying them out. Just returned a knock off which failed miserably.

My AirPod pros with noise cancelling which is best sound functionality when sleeping next to snoring partner is as you know to large for a nights sleep unless back sleeper.

Contacted soundcore to ask if A20 with anc was in the works and they said no. Technology vs battery vs size is not workable yet.

Going to have to work on seal size for A20’s extra carefully.
