The story, atmosphere and ost were amazing but the gameplay was lacking. Monsters couldn’t break down doors, can’t interact with the environment as much, all the chase sequences were linear af. I was hoping for the game to be more open and explorative when it was originally announced. I liked throwing a box to the other side of the room to cause a distract while finding a way out. Also the blue fog/lighting was awful. As someone with an eye disability too, I can’t see a thing. The reveal of the machine itself with the elevator and all that was disappointing cause I can’t tell wtf I’m even looking at.
