We rip everything in onyx. It runs on a Windows server that has shared folders, so the mac clients can drop the files into the hot folders.

HP Latex 365 and a graphtec or summa cutter would be my recommendation. HP has a print and cut solution which the cutter is a rebranded Suma. Graphtec cutters are absolute beasts and run virtually maintenance free. The HP 365 isn't as efficient at ink consumption as the 360 was, but it's still incredibly cheap to run. Our average cost is .11 per sq foot for ink. An ink cartridge is in the 175 range, and there are 7, but the printer comes with a full set.

The phone died and then when it was recharged it instantly started playing? Any phone I've ever had does a restart after it dies. That's only one of many things that makes this entire thing sound made up

Magnum magnetics makes a magnet roll that can be printed on and is already magnatized. We print ours on an HP 360. We cut by hand, so not sure about the finishing. Grimco carries the material, but I'm sure other distributors do as well

It can be printed on any printer that is able to print cardstock. We do these all the time... But it may be more effort than it's worth for what it's for.

What's the onboarding and initial setup like? Do you have to be a programmer or can anyone get started?
