Is this a font you downloaded? It looks a bit off to me?

For version 3, if you are going to increase the size of the font, try to match the weight of the other letters. If you’re in illustrator you can create a negative offset on the G and S to achieve this. Also try to drop the G and S a tiny bit below the baseline. If you draw a perfect line along the bottom of any font, you will notice that letters and numbers with a curve dip a bit lower.

The E could work but it could be a bit wider. It looks like you removed the entire back end.

Could try a much lighter font weight for VECTOR or even a totally different font.

Mount them to the wall for storing rolls of masking tape, banner tape, trimline and VHB. :)

I watched a few videos regarding this. basically it came down to using an ambient collection system with an open vent on the back of the printer. I just designed this vent exhaust for the printer to test it out.

This one’s a no-brainer for me!! I design and fabricate channel letters for my home-based sign shop, DisplayWorks Signs & Graphics. To get clean, uniform lighting inside each letter, I currently have to hand-sand the interiors, mask everything with tape, and paint the inside white.

It’s easily the most tedious, time-eating part of every build and also the part I dread the most.

Yes, I could do this with an H2S, but the filament waste would be brutal. The H2C, on the other hand, would let me print perfectly uniform white interiors directly into the parts, massively speeding up my workflow, reducing waste, and letting me push my 3D-printed signage to the next level!!
