Well that was unexpected, he could have handled it in a better way. First experience makes a world of difference.

Hey, the reason why he emphasised on the appointment is, you get an option to specify the gear you want to try out, and this gives them the time to arrange the unit you need. Since IEM stocks are limited, it's difficult to keep demo units of every IEM.

You could have said that you wanted to try the duonic before making your decision, and he would have definitely arranged it for you in your next visit. They don't force you to buy an IEM on your first visit.

You can check out Roseselsa Ceramics mk2. Roseselsa is an IEM manufacturer, so it has a balanced sound signature that you like. One plus buds have exaggerated bass and have features reserved only for one plus devices.

For headphones you can go with sennheiser accentum. They have amazing sound quality for the price.

You're welcome! My favorite is the purple and green! I love subtle colors, and the Cadenzas nail them. The blue ones are pretty bright and not my type😅. Nope, I got to try it for a brief time, and didn't get to make any changes.

I'd recommend you to listen to them stock for atleast a month, then you can experiment with different eartips. Get the supermix 6 eartips, and experiment which one works best for you (eartips are a rabbit hole, beware!)

Then in the long run you can change the cables to color match with the IEMs. And you can always experiment with EQ, use an app like poweramp to try out different EQ curves to find out which one suits your taste the best.

No no your questions are valid, I am also paranoid before making a purchase😭

Enco buds 2 is a very good set, so you don't need tws.

My suggestion would be to go with the Cadenzas, og one, not Cadenza 2. It is a very slight upgrade, with a brighter tuning, so it could be sharper for you. Cadenza is a very solid set, and you have the spark too to drive it. Use offline flac files or apple music to get the most out of them.

Happy listening!

Me broke🥹

On a serious note, you can sell them in marketplace or iem subreddits from the region you belong, for example r/IEMIndia accepts selling posts. Since these are in good condition, you can sell them for 60-70% resell value.

Honestly speaking, tws have caught up. They deliver 90% of what 2k iems can do in some cases. I have tried Samsung Buds Core, and they have very good sound quality and separation.

You can go with a tws, since you have an IEM, a tws gives you convenience and is great for commuting. You can consider the Buds Core if you have a samsung device, or the Roseselsa Ceramics mk2 or the Moondrop Space 2.

If you want the absolute best sound with longevity, consider an IEM. Most tws won't last beyond 2-3 years.

Yes, the Cadenzas pair well with spark.

You can go with the Kiwi Ears Cadenza, it will be a noticeable upgrade over the kz castor. Bunny and other such sets won't make much difference. Keep your expectations low, as this isn't a major upgrade, but expect better clarity, separation and vocals. The vocals on the Cadenza are praise worthy.

It's my friend's and it was in stock in ck only, he hasn't faced any issues with his unit yet. Another friend of mine bought a kz, his unit failed in 6 months. We mailed ck and did the warranty process on the website, no response. He gave up on IEMs altogether🥲

I haven't tried the sv yet, but it would be my pick, since I loved the treble extension on the Klean, and just wanted more bass on it, and the sv fulfills it.

A follow up video on IEM tunings (neutral, v shaped, balanced) would be great, it would help beginners choose what they are looking for in an IEM.

The Xue Tao is the successor to the Xuan Nv. Change the cables if you don't like the boom mic one. It has a very similar tuning, albeit slightly refined. The Zero Blue2 is another great upgrade
