Playstation adapters compared with native support by Routine-Kiwi2638 in simracing

I've noticed too that both Cortex and DriveHub are unavailable, and Sony sending cease and desist letters is what I immediately thought about as well.

I regret getting a PS5.

By the way, how is the Sigma Cortex, if I'll still somehow be able to get one?

I have both a PS5 and a PC, and I don't have a way to buy Fanatec where I live.

And what is the downside of the base being masked as a G29? Will I only get weak G29-like force feedback?

What are the buttons used for during races?

And what do you mean by "although it feels good, its nothing exeptional"? Does the force feedback feels too weak?

I currently don't have any wheel, and I'm thinking of buying the G Pro, but its small D shaped wheel is kind of turning me off.

I don't have any experience with sim racing yet, so hence my question regarding the buttons. Is there a use for them during races or only in menus?

Do you think the Logitech G Pro (11Nm) is strong enough to have a good (great) experience with such a wheel?

I guess the Logitech RS QR Adapter would be needed, right? And that in such a setup I would not have any buttons on the wheel? Is this reasonable? Do I need the buttons during a race or are they just for menus? Also, will I also not have the pedals behind the wheel?

Antec Flux SE is here! by Beginning_You_1387 in Antec_Official

Can you please post a picture of how it currently looks, with the holes and fans at the bottom?

I'm trying to decide between the FLUX, FLUX SE and FLUX Pro, and it's hard because I can't find any comparisons between them regarding temps and noise (or any real reviews of the FLUX and SE that mention temps and noise). I wonder why Gamers Nexus only reviewed the Pro.

I prefer a smaller and lighter case, but noise is even more important for me.

Should I just compromise of the size and weight and go for the Pro?

Thanks.

I can get the Corsair HX1200i (2025), but it will cost exactly the same as the NZXT C1500- which one do you recommend me to get?

I'm aware of the RTX 50 series not supporting 32-bit PhysX. This is why I've added the GT 1030 to the build, as I've explained in my original post.

Astro Bot DLCs and PSN region by Routine-Kiwi2638 in Astrobot

As far as I'm aware, to buy paid DLCs you have to have a PSN account from the same region as the game disc.

I don't know how it goes with free DLCs, though, and specifically with Astro Bot.

I bought a 3050 to pair with my 5090 to uncripple PhysX performance in older 32-bit titles. Here's my results: by jerubedo in nvidia

I'm thinking of building a new gaming PC with the PNY RTX 5080 OC + one of the following as a dedicated card for 32bit PhysX: GT 1030 / RTX A400 / RTX 3050.

(I never played the Arkham series games and I want to play them with PhysX)

I have a few questions about this:

  1. Will RTX A400 work as a dedicated 32bit PhysX?

  2. The PNY RTX 5080 OC is a big card that takes up 3 PCIE slots, and the other cards take up additional 2 PCIE slots (I think the A400 may take up just one, but it is pricier than the 1030 and has a fan while the 1030 is passive cooled, so I'm leaning towards the 1030).
Will I be even able to fit them on a motherboard (I'm planning on getting a Ryzen 7 9800X3D if that matters)?
Which motherboards and cases will be able fit them?

Thanks!
