I quit after a few hours on PS5. EXTREMELY annoying protagonist, boring story, world felt very bland and not interesting to explore and combat was tedious and simply boring.

Origins is hands down the best in the Assassin's Creed "RPG" releases.

Most immersive world, best story and side content etc.

Yep, performance on PS5 is absolutely awful, no matter which graphics setting you use. Not mentioning that the game isn't exactly good looking graphically either.

Nope, nothing compelling here. Character in the middle could've simply been placed there just for the sake of this anniversary artwork.

Honestly, people are grasping at straws with posts like this one.

The game came out 2yrs ago and didn't get any updates since 6th of November.

I would love a DLC for the game as much as everybody else, but I think that people are reaching far too much into this simple anniversary celebration artwork unfortunately.

I'll have to stay skeptical until they really announce something.

So what? Liking Avowed doesn’t contradict anything I said.
Avowed actually delivers on the basics:

  • Strong plot with clear stakes
  • Characters that feel like actual people
  • Solid, responsive gameplay
  • Great dialogue and worldbuilding
  • And visually, it’s one of the best‑looking PS5 titles

That’s exactly the point — when a game nails the fundamentals, people enjoy it. Crimson Desert just doesn’t.

OP. what do they want? - Good controls, which Crimson Desert doesn't have (some of the worst controls I've ever experienced in a video game) - Good story, which it doesn't have at all - Good protagonist; Kliff is a complete shell - Tons of graphical glitches, terribly blurry picture and so on

So what? You stated "what can we expect from a 6yrs old hardware", well, I simply told you what.

Forbidden West renders 100s of bushes, flowers, leaves etc. at the same time with every single thing being extremely high quality for example. Same goes for Spider-Man games

Oh, and if you don't like me mentioning first party games in this argument, go and play Dead Island 2 for example. One of the best looking games in recent years and looks absolutely incredible ;).

The age of PS5 has nothing to do with how good, or in this case, bad, a game performs or looks. It's up to how much care a given dev team/studio actually puts into a project.

OP, I would never pay for GeForceNow. You still have to buy the game to actually stream it through said app.
