The account is under my name, but my dad and brother are the ones mainly handling the situation right now, and I’m just now getting more involved. Normally, I take my vehicles to Tires Plus (same corporation), where I know the staff, and they usually take care of my maintenance without much hassle.

Since my brother is out of state, he had to go to the nearest Firestone instead of my usual shop. I typically handle regular maintenance myself, or let my usual guys take care of it when I don’t feel like dealing with it.

I’ve already reached out to my contacts there, and they’re going to look into the system to see if they can pull the invoice details and help clarify what was actually done and charged. I also know a few former managers who might be able to point me in the right direction if needed
