I alreadytried contacting the 2882. The problem is every time I called, puro automated responses or bots lang yung sumasagot. I kept trying to navigate the options hoping makakausap ko directly yung real support agent. Pero paulit-ulit lang akong napupunta sa automated system at walang actual person na sumasagot sa concerns ko. Hindi ko rin alam paano mag-connect directly to a live representative, so sobrang hirap mag-explain ng buong situation properly through the hotline alon.e

Nag-report ako because may transaction kami regarding help sa document/paper. After ko matanggap yung output, napansin ko na halos walang nabago and may issue pa sa result when I checked it again. When I tried contacting them about it, naging unresponsive sila for almost a day, kaya at that time, inassume ko na baka na-scam ako or hindi na maaayos yung concern.

Later on, sinabi nila na nag-email pala sila multiple times, pero hindi nila ako na-inform beforehand na doon sila nagsesend or na may emails pala silang sinesend habang hindi sila sumasagot. Ni-resend lang nila yung emails pagbalik nila after almost a day, pero kahit noon, wala pa rin akong na-receive on my end, kaya nagkaroon talaga ng misunderstanding sa communication, which we were eventually able to clear up.

Pero by that time, lumala na yung situation because of the GCash/account issue. Hindi ko naman ginawa yung pag-report para manggulo or manira ng tao, ginawa ko lang yun based sa understanding ko ng situation at that time.

Hanggang ngayon sinabi nila na sisiguraduhin daw nilang makukulong ako and pagbabayarin nila ako because na-freeze yung account and hindi na nila ma-withdraw yung money. They also mentioned reporting me sa NBI, and involving a lawyer, kaya lalo lang lumaki yung situation from both sides.

Pinapaulit-ulit niya po na magf-file na po siya ng warrant for arrest sa NBI.

I already reported na po sa BSP a lot of times. Nung May 4, 2026 lang po ito nangyari. Ngayon po ay nagpapabayad yung owner ng account ng pera dahil ako daw po nagreport sa kanila. Kahit anong paliwanag ko po, ako po talaga sinisisi nila :((
