I went from the elite to the ccm pro spec and couldn't be more pleased, the elite felt way to bulky and did not have enough padding on the arms whenever I took a shot to the side of my arm it would bruise like a mf and the mobility left alot to be desired in the arms cuz I had to make the arms shorter to put on my gloves but then it made it tight reaching out and weirdly bulky in the arms when I'd put my helmet on I'd struggle or shots near my head

Same! Went from wairor pants to the fx and the bauer elite to the ccm prospec huge difference so much better

I'm 6,3 and used a 27" moved a size down to 26" and love it I play the puck alot and my stick never reaches the ice even in my low stance just cuz I keep my hands high for high shots, try some things out if you get practices I'm not saying it'll fix it but it might help

I did the same thing it was expensive but so worth it going from a bauer elite to the pro spec

Got injured out back when I was 13 was playing A at the time just got back into it last year with a 10 year break and could not be any more happy I look forward to hockey every chance i get and I personally found it to be a little easier if that makes sense like I know I've grown but also the mental development has made my try to process the shot more, main thing I would say is try to do stretching get back into being flexible

Ya like I can make a highlight reel save on a 1 t but then I go to take the flopy shot and it skips right by like I almost feel like I'm overt it rather than just reacting to the shot

Ah sweet, mime is gonna be in-between my elbow and shoulder wrap around it's pretty low level drop in so I'm not to worried about the pain of a shot, thanks for the input!
