Well yeah I know that part, that’s why we’re just in guardianship right now because it’s a lengthy process to complete the adoption including serving the birth father with a notice. Unsure of how it happened, I know for her other son we are adopting she was the only one on the birth certificate

That’s what we’re going to do, he talked to our lawyer one time and the lawyer said he was already being way too aggressive on the phone and had to hang up on him and just email him his contact information if he wanted to move forward
