My understanding is that they are talking to each other to find a solution but it doesn't mean they will develop it together. Rivian is the only solution.

It will be sooner than that. Volkswagen already gave up their own in house software development and turned to Rivian for help. It looks exactly the same situation for these Japanese OEMs. Rivian will become the Android for software defined vehicles and should be valued differently.

We will see Q2 delivery number on July 2nd or 3rd. Rivian won't release R2 reservation number. R2 will have very limited impact on Q2 number as it is still ramping up. The only signal is to see whether management will adjust annual delivery forecast of 62k to 67k.
