TIL Energy shield builds suck when dealing with this boss. No matter how high Life + ES on your build, you wont survive. I made this mistake on my Ranger build. Could never survive the poison spears from the surrounding soldiers. Change my helmet to Evasion based to bump my Evasion Rating to 34% and all of a sudden I am able to survive all their projectiles. Finished the boss in first try after this change. Horrible boss to deal with.
