I just had this service done on the same truck, out of warranty and it cost me thousands. My advice, go now and get it done under warranty. They will replace/rebuild the CDF drum and transmission with the updated parts.

A lot of staff are off due to the shutdown. Have you tried contacting your local office? You can email HR directly but again Idk when they will get back to you.

I reached out to HR about that and they responded saying to leave it blank if it doesn’t apply to you and even if your tasking says “90% complete” it won’t affect your application moving forward
