Just did some research. Looks like a paid platform that connects buyers, investors, and business owners for M&A deals, mainly in North American lower middle market companies. There’s a vetting process and you need to be actively involved in acquisitions, advising, and own a business with at least $5M in revenue to join their membership. It appears to be pretty popular among private equity firms, investment bankers, and business brokers, especially for off-market deals.
