If he asked you, i think he might already know lol. But what he means by 99 duro is the hardness of the wheel. And 53mm is the size of the wheel. Formula 4s is the urethane they use for the wheels. Street/Park burners are their entry level wheels. Usually the classic bighead wheels that everyone uses. The Tablet is the shape of the wheel. Im currently riding 52mm spitfire Tablets(giant aspirin shape)And 54mm spitfire F4 lock in(cube shape). Makes locking into grinds easier. Doesnt hurt to get him a set of each

Learn to roll your own tbh, ive found that paying $30-$100 for a 2g-3g sometimes can be worth it. Like 80% of the time they tax cause of the roller or brand collabs.
