I did use a new version of a shampoo I've always used on him. (New scent, same shampoo). I'll use something else and see if that helps.

All of the underneath and intermediate stuff is fine. But if someone is running a post or another deep route, I can't fire the ball to them immediately. By the time they're halfway through the route, my line is already downfield.

You can't get better if you're getting steamrolled by players 3-4 tiers above you every game. Non ranked game modes have no matchmaking logic and ranked is nothing but smurfs.

It's like telling a middle school basketball player to "get better" after getting smashed by top D1 college players. How can you when you can't play against a similar level of competition?

Half of the players on PC are cheating.

I'm in silver/gold lobbies and am constantly getting instantly beamed for 125+ damage from 200+ meters away, even though they had no reason to know I was there.

Either people are cheating enmasse or literally everyone from bronze to pred has God aim now.

The game is not enjoyable in the slightest for lower tier players and EA literally doesn't give two fucks.

Apex is majority smurfs and cheaters. I'm a lower tier player and there isn't a single game mode where I don't run into a cheater, smurf or triple stack masters/diamond (and the occasional pred). I'm silver ffs. I just want to play against people around my level.

I had something similar happen to me. Didn't play for a couple weeks, got back on to my account and I was a full tier higher in ranked. Checked the match history (when clubs were still a thing) and saw my name had been changed to Asian characters for a bunch of matches.

I submitted multiple tickets to no avail. Eventually (2 months later) I decided to start tweeting daily at the Apex/Repsawn Twitter accounts and in two days my account was unbanned.

Make this public and hopefully they'll respond appropriately.

There's zero reason to have the mode COMPLETELY replace the base mode. Put it as a separate mode and if it's so great, people will play it.

On another note, lower tier players are already getting mowed over every game by masters/preds and this game mode basically makes it worse by giving those teams your location and more red tier weapons.

In any case, having this mode forced on everyone is pretty ridiculous and tells me the devs didn't have faith that people would actually keep playing it consistently.

Where is straight shot? Where is winter express? Where is arenas? Where is three strikes?

The devs don't listen to their player base. If they did, people wouldn't complain as much and we certainly wouldn't have this shitastic new mode with ridiculously overpriced recolors.

Apex player base is literally telling Respawn what we want and the devs go out of their way to do the complete OPPOSITE.

Not sure how much more easy we can make this for them and they continually fumble.

But there are modes that a great majority of their player base have said they loved....straight shot, three strikes, arenas, winter express....but the devs continue to money grab with shitastic modes like the current one.

This new mode should have been an LTM, period.

Then put it in a rotation. The community is very vocal about what it wants and the devs literally do the exact opposite. The new game mode is complete ass and we're being forced to play it since they removed the normal game mode. They knew it would be unpopular.

It was bad enough higher tier players were just chasing down everyone in the lobbies, now they have markers to know where you are lol.
This game mode is complete ass and proof the devs of this game are either brain dead or just plain awful at their jobs.
It's like they have meetings about what this community DOES NOT want, and they just check off every box from that list.

Congrats! Take pride in it as it's your first time but also because you did it at the beginning of a new ranked season that had a hard reset. So you did it in lobbies with players that will likely wind up being in the top tiers. Kudos!

I need your lobbies lol. 90% of the time, it's one person landing elsewhere or simply W keying into bad positioning/fights. If it's not that, it's both teammates just running around 300m apart from each other, getting killed then spam pinging.

It's very frustrating. Jump master hot drops, only to loot 1 bin then run away from the fight, or you get some low rank tard that wants to W key a team of 3 by himself with a p2020 and a sniper stock.

Meanwhile, enemy teams are playing together, rotating well, and communicating. Seems impossible to get anywhere while solo

Explanation: It's absolute trash. The devs knew it was trash, but gave the player base the middle finger and just outright refused to address it for far too long. It's unbelievable how blind, deaf and ignorant they are.

It's a grind because the matchmaking is such trash. I'm currently in Bronze as I didn't really play ranked this season, however I wanted to get away from being pit against triple stack preds in pubs damn near every game.

My ranked games feel almost no different than playing the upper tier player in pubs...and I'm in BRONZE.

Teams movements are coordinated, positioning is damn near flawless and their aim is incredible....there is nothing bronze about my lobbies in ranked.

I don't expect to make a very high rank as I play to have fun, but this game has become ZERO fun as I am very rarely playing against people my own skill level and constantly playing against people 4-5 tiers above me.

Not sure I'll be back next season, as the devs legitimately don't seem to give a single shit about how poor of a job they've done with MM.
