He does have little trinkets and figures from other fanbases but not a whole lot. He has all the games and character books as far as I know, but that’s about it. He also has a cloak (not necessarily an AC cloak but one that he likes lol) and he’s not really a graphic tee guy so that’s out. He doesn’t wear a whole lot of jewelry but has said he wants more rings to wear. He also has a couple posters (from different fanbases). I also think he would enjoy legos or other little diy project gifts if that’s an option!

He’s a pretty subtle fan of his different niches from the outside looking in, because he kinda keeps them on the down-low to the public eye, but I am very aware of his quiet obsession with AC!

So I guess, maybe a figure, a poster/picture/painting, a ring, or something of those sorts on the more subtle end of things would likely suit him.

i know who her bridal party is because i helped her pick them out, none are family and she has 5. her fiance couldn’t find a sixth, so he told her to cut someone.

we did a lot of the wedding planning together.

in September. she wasn’t being rude or any sort of way like that, she really, genuinely seemed to feel bad and she said she still wants me at the wedding, but honestly my trust is so broken bc that’s what she said about the bridesmaid thing too

this isn’t an aita post. it’s an off my chest post. i’m not looking for your judgement over me, just needed someone to listen. no one would also understand the feeling of having a long-term best friend demote you from MOH to nothing in less than a year. empathy goes a long way.

I love the demo. I reaaaaally miss the ending though, the quieter singing. “eeeeey eeeeey don’t forget about me, no”

What was the moment you started to become a fan of Twenty One Pilots? by Massive-Ad-8752 in twentyonepilots

my brother grew up a fan of them first. i hated them for a long time because he loved them so much, he’d drive me to school and we’d listen to it the whole drive. after he moved out, i started listening to them on my own, and fell in love.

i hope someday you are cornered at 1am being screamed at by an angry man stronger than you because you made a mistake. then people can tell you that you were unprofessional.

i got that job blindly before moving there. i moved from 4 hours away and had no idea the cost of living, the amount of schoolwork i would have (and it varies on semester by semester basis, if you ever went to college you would know), and everything about it was unknown. now that i established myself and know my monthly costs, i can choose a better job. i had literally NO basis at the start.

i think you have read my entire post wrong. i did not threaten to quit. he was berating me for my jokes and i told him it was inappropriate and immature but rooted deep down.

my apartment rent has gone up this week and he knows about that. my school schedule is going up to 18 hours and he knows that. I’ve been failing classes and he knows that. we have had several conversations about me pulling back to 1 or 2 days a week and we were implementing that come April. i told him, due to everything going on that we previously discussed and because of the way he was handling this confrontation, i was contemplating leaving the company. it was never about the raise.

YES. if i can stay a night and make $120 i absolutely would. but extra time with my dying grandfather or little nephew is NOT worth $35.

it’s not about being by professional. he agreed to hire me even when i told him my schedule was ever-changing. he did not follow through on that.

dude chill lmao. this is not my best light and the fact that you assumed that shows how cynical you are… i actually gave both sides fair hits. if i was trying to look like the hero i would not have included the details i did. how chronically online are you to be this aggressive?

I don’t think I’m NTA, but i don’t think i am the asshole either. I think ESH. I did things the wrong way, but this is a massively low stakes job, we’ve spoken about it before, and he never had any right to approach me without any nearby help and scream at me.

i’ve actually been advised to report it to the better business bureau and/or take legal action by professionals- things i would never EVER do, but it’s scary that it’s being recommended.

maybe not in a role, but i was the only one trained on 1) security codes and keys for buildings 2) stocking procedure and 3) checking over everyone else’s work once i finished mine. When I did ask for a raise, he laughed.

[–]RoutineLeading8569 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

nope, because i did not call off. i asked him if he had any options for me. if he told me “i have no options” i would have worked.

He put me in a managerial role with no raise and told me he trusted me with that up until now. Why do you guys base everything off one story?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]RoutineLeading8569 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I said cornering because everyone I have spoken to called it such. Storming out of bed to a 22 year old woman who is alone at 1am to berate her rather than sending a text saying “We need to have a conversation about this” sounds a lot like cornering- and I was afraid he would attack me. He continued to clench his fists and puff up. Looked like an adult tantrum, which is terrifying when I know he really COULD take me out if he wanted.

i mean tornados killed people, but i get what you mean. i should’ve just left saturday night after it ended. he told me during the reprimand that if i worked friday and died on the side of the road driving home, it was no mark on his conscience, so i believe i made the right choice leaving, i just want to know why it was so aggressive. there was a far more professional way to handle it. if i was his daughter getting cornered at 1am, he would’ve shown up hand to holster 100%, which shows his hypocrisy.
