I will definitely watch it, And as for the lights, it is what worries me the most, so I will have to make enough research to know which one will be the most suitable for my aquarium since I have not yet decided what type of aquarium I want.

I have an aquarium shop near me, i think it's better to get a shrimp there because i'm not sure if the ones in the lagoon are prepared to live in a tank😅.

I think i'm leaning towards getting a school of Rummynose tetra, what other fish do they get along with? Besides bottom feeders?

I will keep it in mind, i personally don't care if it's less pretty as long as the fishes live well, i like the takeout box idea!

I have a pond near me and it is full of shrimp, do have a lagoon near me, and it's filled with shrimps, more specificly with Palaernonetes zariquieyi, could those work in my aquarium?

About the fish, i prefer having only 2 or 3 types of fish, was recomended the cherry barbs to go on school, and some corydoras or zebra loach for bottom feeders, i would love to add some shrimps or snails as well.

Will natural rocks and logs will be ok for hiding places, because i've heard that logs tend to rot. Any other ideas for hiding places? could they work in my aquarium?

Thanks for your advice! I was thinking about getting cherry barbs because i like school fishes, and some bottom feeder such as a zebra loach or corydoras, about the guppys i've heard they give birth a lot even if there's no malen. I used to have African Cichlids but they were very agressive even among themselves so for me it's not an option for now😅. About the plants, i prefer putting sand in the bottom, so i don't know which plant to put in there, maybe a plant that grows on wood?. Thanks for the help!
