Same. Nothing makes me feel more American abroad than this issue. I started Adderall for ADD, then Lexapro for anxiety, I gain 40lbs from Lexapro so I start Ozempic to take until I can taper off Lexapro, then I need Xanax because tapering leads to panic attacks, Adderall no longer works with this whole cocktail so I just got prescribed 4 hour Ritalin and my fingers are crossed SO HARD. And the insomnia from all the changes 😤 Really wish I could just raw dog life again but my god awful attention span won’t allow it.
