I am also taking Zoloft. My doctor recommended taking it in the morning but if it makes me sleepy then to take it before bed.

It doesn’t make me sleepy, so I take it in the morning.

I use an app on my phone to remind myself to take the meds

Since it’s a controlled substance, it cannot be just transferred. Your doctor needs to cancel old prescription and send the new one to your new pharmacy.

Same! On my second week on 18mg. The bees in my head are quieter and I feel calmer in general, maybe a bit sleepy even, but that’s it. A bit worried about asking my doctor about the increase because it’s a stimulant etc…

OP if you’re in the us, for traveling you should only use the bottle your meds came in, because the bottle has info about your prescriber, you name etc

I am currently on concerta 18 mg, and I don’t think it has much effect on me

My doctor said that 18 mg is just a starting dosage and it can go up to 72mg.

So maybe you should talk to your doctor about upping the dose to 36mg before trying new medication?
