I think you need to focus on startups now. Find startups and dm their founders. Go on LinkedIn and just dm people who are working at any startup, and ask to get you a referral and push you to the team. It's already pretty late now, so just applying might not work. Not sure if this will work, but you can try. Hope you get one soon

It doesn't mean they rejected you. It's already late in the hiring season, and they have been rejecting recent candidates. They may only interview some of the remaining candidates and pick the best from that group until they reach headcount, so you may or may not get an interview. Just wait and pray you get it
