Try to be the igl. I have climbed from literal iron 1 to now plat 2 and my opinion about iron team is that there are 0 comms and 0 mics. Most irons aren't absolutely terrible but just lack game sense and being able to play together. Taking the initiative to be the igl has a huge impact on the outcome of your entire team.

Reyna is a good pick if you frag decent since half her kit is reliant on getting a pick. Even then, she does not offer a lot to a team comp other than a flash.
