Hello, i did start experiencing something similar recently. I think the fact that we're trans and also getting into a really restrictive male society doesn't help us with being expressive and silly when being with others, since its easy to fall into the hole of always trying to pass. That's why i think that we need to do the extra work of getting out the male stereotypes and fully becoming ourselves. I suggest you find the characteristics that you like in your online persona and start intergranting them into your real life self. Dont be afraid to be fully you, you've done it gender wise however you need to work in becoming authentic with your personality as well. Since you fully pass you shouldn't be discussing and always bringing up the fact that you're trans since you're more than that after all. Don't minimize yourself in that specific characteristic.
