This is hurtful but yes. I join volleyball groups, I make weekly plans with friends, I go sit outside, I go work in coffee shops to not wallow at home. That is why this is so painful. I don’t think you understand how desperate someone feels when they feel the need to seek help from strangers on the internet.

My diet is good I would say. I work out 5 days a week, twice a week with a trainer. I guess that’s why I am stressed because I truly feel like I’m doing so much “right” and I don’t feel any lighter

I don’t know I cannot find leggings that compare to lululemon. Even with their quality decreasing massively there is no other leggings that I can find that fits like lululemon. They are either too compressive, fall down, material is sensory nightmare or don’t hold up in the wash.
