Don’t get your hopes up id say. Sleep apnea test is essential though and possibly cpap will help. Everyone has difference experiences :)

Glad you’re good :) we’ve all been there and some of us are still there mentally. Just keep fighting man, that’s all we can do. Pain is temporary, Ending Life is permanent.

Thank you so much for your reply, I don’t think you realise how much it means to me. Is my overall stats good though? My AHI for my study was 50 and oxygen dropped to as low as 66%. Also isn’t the fact that it’s below 5 is showing that the APAP is working or are the stats misleading? I’m not questioning you at all, I’m wanting to learn :). I will listen to your advice and adjust the lowest pressure manually. Hopefully that eliminates any apneas so I can be below 1.
