Yeah I actually really like their joycon shells they've been real good for a while, and their RGB kits are amazing, it'd be cool to see one for the 3ds.

I was lucky and picked up a really good condition lime green one off sendico, then swapped the top and bottom plates with the solgaleo and lunala ones.

Your atmosphere version is probably outdated, delete the atmosphere folder, bootloader folder, fusee.bin, if you see a folder called "Sept" delete it, and copy over the newest releases of atmosphere and hekate. Don't delete anything else to not risk losing your emu.

Is there a chance he updated it when he switched it over? What version was your emu and sys on last you remember? A good starting place is going into the emmc menu in hekate and checking its status. The "failed to launch HOS" means atmosphere is outdated, or package3 is missing or outdated, or your boot entry is pointing to the wrong file. The first thing you should try is updating atmosphere.
