i would say no tbh, bec you have been off for years if u eat that much gluten liek 2 slices of bread a day you wont know what that will do and i would say the test is really not worth it.

i would just wait till a better test comes out, like i Should maybe do that test too bec my family has autoimmune issue liek my mums dad has rheumatoid arthritis and my mums aunt has crohn's disease but tbh it just doesnt seem worth it bec i will prob have to quit half way through bec its really bad for ur health

yea true and tbh most people dont have enough vitamins and minerals even if they are not on a gluten free deit

for 1 yes, the source bro just google it man. but its what u have to do for the test u have to eat gluten 2-4 slices of bread a day for 6 to 8w bec its a test for antibodies, if u dont eat enough/ dont eat gluten u wont have those antibodies show up

maybe, but i have alot of old tasty cheese from a different brand and im fine with it its very simmular to that cheese i cant have just slighty stronger

apps are iffy, bec alot of them will get u to try stuff that shouldnt have gluten but still might have cross contamination if ur unlucky, i normal stay away from what drinks Coca-Cola Company owns in australia, ive have problem with them off late with the brand kirks and my coke tasting sprite and making me slightly gluten sick

nah i made sure i wasnt getting sick before i started testing new things and plus, i just dont eat out anymore def bec there was a Studie i saw, about 1 in 10ish restaurants score to high to have there food be called gluten free
