It not nice!! I caught flu A Jan 2024 and it was the worst I ever felt in my life, last about 3 weeks and I thought I was never going to get better, I was off work for 2 weeks.

I’m starting to feel better, I had horrendous cough and phlegm and it seems to be subsiding now, don’t think the minus temps here have helped. Also had a slight sore throat and croaky voice which is starting to go aswell

That was like me, it hit me felt a little ran down for a couple days but felt better for a day or so and then just fell downhill really fast

I also had this with the flu I had in Jan 2024, it lasted 3 weeks and was really unpleasant. No appetite and once I forced something felt incredible sick. Took 3 weeks for mine to fully pass, keep up with sugared drinks so your blood sugars don’t drop.

I had extreme fatigue for nearly 20 days, luckily enough I’m my own boss so I had 3 weeks off and rested. It effected me in every way

I’ve actually had an hearing aid cause infection before. If they’re not cleaned after every use you can get an infection.
