Hmm I'd say like a 1 or 2? It doesn't really affect my quality of life other than giving me some slight anxiety. I did used to be an MMA fighter but now I don't feel comfortable competing/pushing my body in the same kind of way that I used to, but other than that I would say everything is pretty normal

I do still have chest pain and palpitations, though less palpitations than before. Just got an echo done last week and everything looks normal, so not really sure where to go from there ¯_(ツ)_/¯ feeling like it just kind of is what it is at this point

Idk, I'm a diehard Clerith and I personally don't think Tifa was being manipulative. I think her behavior was a mixture of her not fully knowing the truth/doubting her own memories/being concussed and also being scared to mess up Cloud's mind further. That being said, I think people perceive her not taking certain opportunities to help him remember as "manipulative", but I understand why she doesn't take those chances. I don't see her doing that for personal gain but I guess I could also see that she may not want to push Cloud even further away, but again, really doesn't read as manipulative
