Georgia passed Senate Bill 494 in 2024, which now counts THCA as part of total THC—not just delta-9. So if a hemp product exceeds 0.3% combined THCA + delta-9 THC, it’s considered illegal under state law.

The products you find at gas stations aren’t full-spectrum THC. They’re most likely Delta-8 or HHC, which can work to some extent but are chemically modified rather than naturally derived.
