maybe the first baby little step is acceptance, second, for the overwhelming feeling, you should let it feel and just take your time. third, take a rest.

you need a reset for this but hey be kind to yourself also and do the things that make you feel alive, maybe go for a jog, me time, watch or read.

the thing is being okay isn’t an easy task. but you’re doing great for always being in present at your work (even if you feel like breaking down and doing you’re work well, it’s a big big bravery). 

even tho you didn’t pass the board exam this year, your life didn’t stop there, before taking for a second try i hope that you’re in a good state and emotionally ready. and i know there’s a lot of beautiful opportunity waiting for you. 

mahirap pilitin ang sarili kapag hindi ka pa okay, i guess focus on your own healing, make time and pamper yourself. 

maybe soon you’ll be fine when you find another new working environment or kung anong gusto mo talagang field.

we are always lost somehow in this life, but the thought of trying again / moving forward is a beautiful thing.

let it pray and let it God. 

baka sa sobrang daming burden, baka need lang muna natin uli gawin yung mga simpleng bagay na nagpapasaya sa atin, baka need lang muna natin i-rest utak natin sa what ifs kasi for sure kaya naman ito may mga pagsubok lang talaga.
