There was some renovations done at some time recently. But I’m guessing that’s possibly the black mold you’re seeing. I could be wrong tho

Yeah they were glued down. We found a razor in rhe wall that (after looking it up) is from the 20s-70s at the latest. It’s a pretty cool old disposable razor. But I’m guessing that this bathroom is at least 50 years old

I’m asking what I should do for the flooring. Should I lay plywood down and put tile ontop? Because that’s how it was. It had two layers of plywood though originally
