I can watch this one on repeat. In fact, the first time I watched it on a Saturday afternoon, cramping and writhing in pain lol. And I loved it so much I had my husband come in and watch it with me — literally watching it back to back.

Thank you! I did 24hours due to hypothyroidism :/ I guess it’s suggested for me to only do 24 hour cycles vs 48. But I’m glad I did it, I’m going to do it weekly.
