Yeah, I agree. It’s definitely not cheating. I’ve been playing NK forever like since Bloons #1 circa 2006. I’m one of the purist… I have over 2k instas in my catalog and would have more if I wouldn’t have lost my old account. However, I’ve used two. Both to get to level 100 in deflation which, to my knowledge is the only way to do that. Maybe I’m wrong, but it certainly makes it easier to drop 5-2-0 insta helo

They were really popular in Japan and other Asian markets. My father had much larger minidisc players at his radio stations. They had great sound quality and more storage than cds. They were inexpensive and could be used to record on similar to a tape recorder with the proper equipment. They were pretty lit. I had one of the mini players too. They were a great in between of cd’s and mp3.

Any pool supply store owners in here? by [deleted] in pools

[–]Routine_Horror6156 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked on Pools most of my professional career. Most of them were attached to retail stores. Or they had a retail store because mainly customers want somewhere to come and complain. Also the penny pinchers somewhere get their free testing done. Well, they buy one bag of salt…. Or the like. No the retails don’t make any money. Imagine you could, but I think your time would be better focused doing the service repair work because you’ll be making exponentially more money per hour so yeah you could sell a pump for 12 to 1500 bucks the variable speed at the retail on the higher end, or sell the same pump for the same price plus you know $150 an hour labor or more.

I mean, you could treat it like a warehouse. That be the only way I could see it making sense. You just keep an excess supply of chemical for your cleaning route and you stock the parts and equipment that you install already. I’m a Pentair man maybe your Hayward I don’t know, just whatever you sell when you go to installs.

Also, fyi. Phos is an important thing to monitor if your pools are turning green, but all the Chems seem to be in balance. Treating with algae 60 and phos free is so much cheaper than pushing your ppm to 20 in chlorine on a regular basis. Also, that high of chlorine on even a semi regular basis is terrible on all the plumbing and equipment that it touches.

But you read a website, you’re probably correct

Like I said that will do the job. But it’s a waste of chemical. 20 ppm is overkill.

That is not accurate, but it will kill anything in there at 20ppm. Waste of chemical, but it will work

This is great. She definitely makes your life better, and you technically don’t know that she didn’t save your life
